A beautiful river and its smaller streams, nestled deep in the mountains, accessible after a long drive on gravel roads and some acrobatic climbing in a beautiful setting in Hokkaido, Japan.

Itinerary
Day 1
Pick up in Niseko/Kutchan area:
- Last chance to visit a store before heading out !
2h30 drive to the mountains, estimated arrival time 10h30
Fish the whole day !
Night in the mountain hut, or tent. campfire and bbq possible.
Day 2
Fishing a different stretch of the river, higher up, requiring a short hike and climb, or same stretch.
3PM finish the fishing and driving back to Niseko
Day 3 (on asking)
If you wish to fish a 3rd day, we will drive to another river where we can sleep either in a Ryokan or a campsite. (onsen available)
Price
price for two persons:
2 days: 160 000JPY
3 days: 240 000 JPY
maximum 4 persons, +10 000JPY/day/person
pick up from Sapporo/Chitose airport: +10 000JPY
Perfect Adventure fishing
Mountain hut
Sleep in the mountain hut, a simple house to stay away from the Hokkaido brown bears.
no real beds, just simple wood flooring.
if lodge is already occupied we will sleep in a tent.
Fish
The river is populated with Ezo Iwana and Rainbow trouts.
Barbeque
Barbeque grills available outside of the hut.
we usually practice catch and release but will be happy to cook one fish at the campfire at night
What to bring
Sleeping bag, mattress, warm clothing, waterproof cloth, and beverages.
all camping materials also available for rental.
